Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR NON-EXISTENT REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected]. We will tell you how to proceed.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your product, you must mail it to the address provided via email to [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
